Here's something they don't tell you in grad school: you can graduate and still feel like you're missing half the picture.

Maybe you got deep training in a specific modality, but nobody talked about how oppression shapes the trauma your clients carry. Or maybe you came up through a social work program with a strong systemic lens but never got the clinical depth to match it. Either way, you've probably felt the gap.

We built Therapist Training Group because we felt it too.
